Wevo Integrity Line whistleblower system (optionally also anonymous)
Anonymous reports can be submitted via EQS Integrity Line, our external service provider. The Integrity Line system incorporates technical features to ensure your anonymity, even if you communicate with us using a chat function. The communication platform is not operated on Wevo servers but on a secure server belonging to EQS Integrity Line. All data is hosted in Germany. EQS Integrity Line has ISO 27001 certification, is GDPR-compliant and implements all the requirements of the EU Whistleblower Directive. Any information you provide to us is sent to Wevo’s Compliance department in encrypted form and cannot be traced.
Specific tips regarding unlawful behaviour as well as any other compliance breaches in connection with Wevo’s business activities can be reported at any time via this secure system. Possible misconduct by a business partner in the context of their activities for Wevo can likewise be reported, for example violations of human rights or environmental laws in the supply chain.
It is up to you whether you wish to remain anonymous or whether you allow us to contact you personally should we have any questions.
