Customised silicones for electrical and electronic components

From 21 to 23 March, the silicone industry will meet for the first time in Europe – at Silicone Expo Europe in Amsterdam. Wevo, too, will be there to show its comprehensive, customisable portfolio of silicone-based materials for electrical and electronic components. Our lecture on the first day of the fair will focus on solutions for energy storage applications.

The silicone industry is meeting for the first time in Europe – Wevo will be showing its portfolio of customisable products

Wevo silicones are resistant and versatile. Apart from a wide operating temperature range, they offer thermal conductivity that can be adjusted between broad limits, as well as good elasticity, making them suitable for use in mechanically demanding applications.

For efficient thermal management or targeted heat removal from modules and components, potting compounds and gap fillers can be further optimised in terms of their flame-retardant properties and certified according to UL 94 V-0, depending on individual requirements. High-tech gels and adhesives round off the spectrum for protecting electrical and electronic components. All products can additionally be adapted to the respective production process they are used in.

We look forward to showing you our portfolio at Booth 129 – and to finding the right solution for your application. You are welcome to set up a meeting in advance. Simply write an email to

Also, take the opportunity to attend our lecture on “Engineered silicone solutions for energy storage applications” at 3.40 p.m. on 21 March.
